  1. Burial rights in any District Cemetery are conveyed for burial purposes only, subject to such rules and regulations as are now or hereafter put in force by the Board of Trustees.

  2. No burial rights shall be resold or transferred by any purchaser except back to the Cemetery District. (The District sells a burial right not the ground.)

  3. The Board of Trustees shall fix the size and price of burial rights and fix the price of opening graves, vaults, endowment care, non-resident burials, stone setting and disinterment. Information on any District service or price will be given upon inquiry of the District Office.

  4. No burial will be permitted in any District Cemeteries without proper authorization.

  5. No graves shall be opened or burials made on Saturday, Sundays or Holidays except by order of the Public Health Deportment.

  6. All markers, granite, marble or bronze must be accepted by the General Manager as being in conformity with the rules and regulations of the Cemetery District and must be installed by Cemetery personnel. Contact the District Office for sizes of markers.

  7. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to exclude or remove from any lot, any headstone, monument, marker or any other structure, trees, plants, or other objects, which may be considered injurious to the public and general appearance of the grounds.

  8. During mowing or edging season, all artificial flowers will be treated the same as fresh flowers, removed each work week before mowing or edging and disposed of. The rest of the season artificial flowers may remain in the vases, unless the flower starts to discolor, fade, deteriorate, and look bad, then the District Employees may remove and dispose of them.

  9. No planter boxes, flowers, mulch, bark, urns, balloons, glass vases, large vases or pinwheels are allowed.

  10. No person or persons not employed by the Cemetery District shall excavate any earth, lay or remove any sod or alter the grade of any lot within the Cemetery. This includes digging around stones. No person or persons either on or about their own lot or lots of others, shall plant, remove or trim any tree rose or shrub.

  11. No curbing or masonry of any description shall be placed or installed upon, nor shall any trees, shrubs or flowers of any kind be planted on any grave, except by written consent of the Board of Trustees of said District, which consent is hereby reserved.

  12. Tree Roses may be planted by Cemetery personnel with permission of the General Manager. One Tree Rose per gravesite. When planted, all tree roses must have a minimum distance between the ground and lateral branches of 36 to 42 inches.

  13. The Cemetery District is not responsible for damage or vandalism.

  14. Children must be under the direct supervision of a parent at all times while on any District property.

  15. No dogs are allowed in any District Cemetery unless on a lease.

  16. The Board of Trustees reserves the right of passing other rules and regulations or amending theses rules and regulations
